sola & sage was born from a season of unlearning.

After years of striving, achieving, and holding everything together, I reached a point where performance no longer worked. What remained was the quiet work of returning inward. Learning how to listen. Learning how to rest. Learning how to trust myself again.

Sola means sun, warmth, and illumination.
Sage represents wisdom, discernment, and grounded knowing.
